In 2020, Liminal Solutions introduced our sister initiative, Team Building with Purpose. This innovative venture partners with Australian charities to blend team building and corporate volunteering, offering companies a more meaningful team experience. Our mission is rooted in three core objectives:
- Enhance team dynamics - We design team-building exercises that are not only engaging and memorable but also deeply impactful, fostering stronger, more cohesive teams.
- Champion social causes - Each event is a chance to shine a spotlight on important societal issues, helping to transform society one conversation at a time.
- Support charitable work - We're committed to financial sustainability for our charity partners by donating 50% of our net profits from each event, ensuring a minimum contribution of $500 + GST.

Our facilitators are seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in team building, training, and coaching, having held roles from facilitators to senior management within the corporate sector.
